Link to the Pod
What changes have I made ?
After a long time, I reviewed which app I was spending my most time on. Of course it is youtube. I use it to listen to pods etc while I am in the gym or out for a run.
So whats next then? I noticed I was spending a lot of time on Insta and Linkedn. The absolute sessions were short but frequency was high. It surprised me. I removed these two apps from my phone. I will use these apps but only on laptop.
